Shipping Policies

We ship United States Postal Service (USPS), . We reserve the right to modify shipping and /or expedite depending on location of product.

Promotions which denote free shipping only qualify to customers living in the Continental United States of America. International customers should Contact Us for special rates and considerations during said promotions.

Under normal operating circumstances, most orders ship out within 3 to 5 days. However, due to circumstances beyond our control with vendors, there could be an exception. We promise to have your order shipped out to you as soon as possible. We ship from multiple vendors, so it is possible that your order may ship from multiple locations and may arrive on different days.

We are also more than happy to ship to an APO. We are proud of the men and women that serve our country, why shouldn’t we serve them !

Return Policies

Contact us first before returning any items. Please do not forget to include your Order ID#.

Items returned must have an RA# plus the name of the person giving the RA#. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items may not be returned for any other reason other then manufacturers defect. These are custom made and custom colors. They are not resell-able!!

We are not responsible for items that arrive damaged, so please package your items safely if they are not in the original packaging.

We are not responsible for items that do not arrive at your door. You will need to contact the carrier and file a complaint.

Items that are damaged will unfortunately not be allowed a refund, unless it can be proven and qualified with the vendor that a product is damaged due to a manufacturer’s defect or fault in craftsmanship.
